Aynen AI

Overview
Aynen AI was built as a complete growth system rather than an app followed by a marketing campaign. Product concept, onboarding, shareable output, creator distribution, App Store positioning, analytics and infrastructure were designed together around a short seasonal demand window. Because there was no installed audience or paid acquisition cushion, every interaction had to contribute to distribution or conversion. We operated the product in-house, using live behavior and launch feedback to tighten the experience while attention was peaking. That connected approach allowed product utility, cultural timing and distribution to compound instead of competing for separate teams and timelines.

The Challenge
A recap product has a brutally narrow window in which relevance, curiosity and social conversation overlap. Aynen AI began with no audience, no paid media safety net and no opportunity to recover after the cultural moment passed. The product also handled privacy-sensitive relationship data, so trust and clarity had to be built into an experience that users could understand within seconds. Virality could not depend on asking people to promote the app; the output itself had to feel personal, entertaining and naturally shareable. At the same time, infrastructure needed to absorb unpredictable spikes while the team iterated on onboarding, positioning and store conversion in real time.
Zero launch audience
Seasonal, winner-takes-all timing
Privacy-sensitive data handling
Virality had to be designed in, not bolted on
The Solution
We designed the launch loop from the inside out. Onboarding was reduced to the minimum path required to reach value, outputs were structured to invite conversation and sharing, and creator distribution was coordinated with the exact moment demand was forming. App Store copy, screenshots and positioning were treated as active conversion surfaces and refined alongside the product rather than after launch. Analytics connected acquisition sources to activation and sharing behavior, giving the team a fast operating loop for prioritizing changes. Infrastructure and privacy decisions supported the same goal: keep the experience reliable, understandable and fast when attention arrived in waves.
